My technician was wonderful awesome very informative help me with everything I needed to know help me to upgrade my home to where it needed to be and taught me a lot. And most of all when he ran my pipes he made an artistic design that was so beautiful simple and complex all at the same but it works it is so beautiful I may never cover it up. God bless you all. When we purchased our home four years ago it still had the original gas water heater that was installed in 2006. Over the course of four years we'd contracted with other plumbing companies for small jobs and they supplied us with quotes to replace the water heater (with either another standard tank or tankless). We had concerns with replacing the water heater due to it being located in the attic. Eventually the time came when the pilot would not stay lit on the old unit. Not completely satisfied with the service delivered by other plumbing companies we found Central Carolina Air (CCA) online and were impressed with their Google reviews. At this point, the pilot is out and we're without hot water. I called on Wednesday and the person I spoke with was friendly, informative, and up front about the diagnostic fee if we opted to troubleshoot the issue. Instead, we chose to schedule a visit for a free quote (for replacement). Chris arrived and discussed options with us. He was very knowledgeable and assured us that we would be 100% satisfied with their work. Calvin and Dacoda arrived the next day to install our new tankless. They went above and beyond; excellent service! One of our concerns about replacing the water heater was removing it from the attic without damaging the attic access. Impressively they did just that. They did a wonderful job installing the tankless and ensuring that everything met code. I highly recommend CCA!

Chris was courteous and very attentive to my questions. He even recommended some additional work to mitigate the knocking in our pipes. Isaac was open and honest about the work I was proposing. He offered the best suggestions to get the project done for the best price.

David Robbins from Central Carolina Air Conditioning addressed all my concerns and problems i was experiencing at my home. He was very thorough and did not rush the job. I appreciate the great customer service. Please get more employees like David who truly care about their work and the level of satisfaction they can provide the customer.

Trajan was on time, personable, and kept me informed about what he was doing. He seemed to be very knowledgeable and explained things to me clearly. Trajan worked steadily, put everything back together, and cleaned up all work areas. I would welcome him for future maintenance appointments and recommend him to other clients.

Jorge is the best! Very knowledgeable and down to earth. This guy doesn't meet any strangers and treats you like family. All of the staff I've met so far have been great. CCAC sets themselves apart with top notch customer service. Shout out to David R and Roger T as well!
